As a Programmatic Campaign Manager you will manage the setup and the optimisation of programmatic campaigns. You will have a critical role as a crucial link between internal stakeholders. You are a teamplayer, eager to learn and share your digital knowledge within the company. You identify new features that have to be implemented in the Adcombi technology and stay in close contact with our internal teams.

This role will be based in our offices in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, or in our DACH offices in Munich, Germany or a remote set up in Home office including regular personal meetings with the team in Amsterdam or Munich

You will report to the Head of Operations & Customer Success DACH.

  • Deep knowledge of the online display and the DACH market programmatic landscape, tech players, publishers and data providers.
  • Preferable >3 years experience in working with DSPs (Adform/DV360 and others)
  • Experience with HTML5, Javascript and JSON is a plus
  • Confident handling of topics such as CPM(TKP), CPC, CPx, DMP, Audiences, Brand Safety, Viewability, etc.
  • Proven track record for defining and realizing optimization strategies and outperforming set KPIs
  • High affinity for numbers and a pronounced ability to think analytically
  • Mother Tongue German and fluent English, both spoken and written
  • You like to get a quick overview, you are resilient and well organized


  • Manage programmatic campaigns in the Adcombi
  • Hyperlocal technology Platform and integrated DSPs and act as the internal point person to guide the execution of campaigns
  • Setup, QA, activate, and troubleshoot hyperlocal programmatic campaigns and serve as the expert to our self-service clients
  • Set up A/B tests to improve the campaign performance
  • Work with the Sales and Customer Success teams on timelines to ensure timely delivery of the campaigns and subsequent campaign KPIs • Quality check our client’s creative adheres to technical specifications, including testing and troubleshooting
  • Create extensive hyperlocal reports to monitor and optimize campaign delivery and performance and inform clients of the campaign progress, optimization strategies and future scale opportunities


  • Completed business studies with a focus on marketing, media sciences or a comparable education and enthusiasm, especially for digital media and AdTech
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting in an international scale-up
  • Operational excellence and the drive to achieve the best possible results in campaign steering
  • Experienced in dealing with clients
  • Willingness to take on a broader range of tasks, depending on possibilities and requirements
