The Customer Success Manager will manage the full client on-boarding and integration process including technical integration/API connections, give consultative advice, drive successful trials and drive customer engagement, growth and retention. You will play a critical role as a crucial link between stakeholders both at the clients’ side and internal teams. You will build and maintain strong relationships that are key to helping clients’ progress on their onboarding and integration journey with the Adcombi technology.

This role will be based in our BENELUX offices in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

You will report into the Head of Operations & Customer Success.

  3. Working across the BENELUX, with future expansion to a global client base, the Customer Success Manager role will provide multicultural exposure and multinational impact


  • Project management of B2B MarTech/SaaS enterprise platforms or technology
  • Experience and a deep understanding and knowledge of advertising technology and programmatic digital advertising industry
  • Hands-on experience working with leading DSPs (DV360, Adform, TTD, Xander) and SSPs and in-depth knowledge of programmatic campaign optimization strategies
  • Knowledge of Geomarketing and local media planning (online and offline) is a valuable plus
  • A self-starter with the commercial mindset or, better yet, the experience of an entrepreneur who has created his or her own business
  • You are driven to combine the work of managing your own customers, solving their online, local marketing challenges and building long-term relationships
  • Analytical and data driven, comfortable with a fast-paced environment and ambiguity
  • Extreme focus on detail and a collaborative work style
  • In-depth knowledge of business processes (Sales, Marketing, Service, Support), business applications and automation
  • Native Dutch and fluent English both oral and in writing. Any other language is a bonus
  • At least 5+ years of experience in a similar role preferably Advertising, MarTech or SaaS
  • Confident, but not arrogant, ability to move fast and drive client and Adcombi business value and results


  • Build and maintain strong relationships are key to help clients’ progress on their on-boarding and integration journey with Adcombi
  • Take full ownership and responsibility of creating, optimizing, implementing and managing the full client onboarding operation flow, process and documentation
  • Develop and maintain excellent knowledge and skills for the Adcombi solution, our technology, the digital media and advertising in general so that you’re constantly able to solve clients’ challenges
  • Collaborate with clients and various internal stakeholders to maintain the quick feedback loop
  • Leverage deep business and industry knowledge to partner with clients to help them accelerate business value and ROI from their investment with Adcombi
  • Help clients’ traders and campaign managers to onboard and leverage Adcombi to transform their hyperlocal campaigns in whole new ways resulting in increased value, retention and brand satisfaction
  • Leverage our Customer Success Onboarding Process and partner with client stakeholders to understand their objectives, assess their capabilities and manage their onboarding to help them accelerate achievement of their business objectives
  • Own every individual client project delivery, growth, adoption, and road map with a focus on client on- boarding and integration experience
