The Customer Success Manager will manage the full client on-boarding and integration process including technical integration/API connections, give consultative advice, drive successful trials and drive customer engagement, growth and retention. You will play a critical role as a crucial link between stakeholders both at the clients’ side and internal teams. You will build and maintain strong relationships that are key to helping clients’ progress on their onboarding and integration journey with the Adcombi technology.
This role will be based in our BENELUX offices in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
You will report into the Head of Operations & Customer Success.
