WHO IS ADCOMBI

We are an international MarTech company on the forefront of premium local advertising with its headquarters in Amsterdam and offices in Munich. Having local advertising as our basis, we deliver self-service API connections via our SaaS model and enable brands their campaign goals are implemented and achieved in the best possible way.

Our big breakthrough came in 2017 when we started to focus on our ability to provide a fitting solution for multi-store companies, giving both the main office and their stores a range of freedom unprecedented in the field of programmatic technology. From 2020, we fully focus on the development and international expansion of our SaaS product and work for global multi-location brands like Heineken, Honda, Coca Cola and Volksbanken Raiffeisen.

You will play a critical role in building, facilitating and creating the best working environment for our teams. This role will be based in our BENELUX offices in Amsterdam, The Netherlands and reports into the Chief Executive Officer. Following the local governmental regulations concerning Covid-19, we are flexible towards working from home and the actual days you’ll be working for us.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Take full ownership of creating, administrating and activating all employee employment proposals, contracts and addendums
  • Manage and activate all periodical employee income tax submissions, employer’s declarations
    (i.e. “NL werkgeversverklaringen”)
  • Actively manage our cloud-based human resources platform including staff management, declarations, reporting, sick-leave management and holiday management. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Manage our monthly employee pay-roll administration, maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Collaborate with appointed governmental agencies regarding various employment, employee and HR opportunities (i.e. NL UWV, parental-leave, 30% tax rule etc.)
  • Manage our entire talent acquisition strategy from job description creation to job postings, interviews, candidate assessment, contracting and employee onboarding
  • Create and own our employee growth strategy which results in a clear career and growth plan for all Adcombi employees
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • And last but not least: Promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture!

YOUR PROFILE

  • Proven working experience as HR & Talent Manager or as a HR & Talent Executive
  • You are people oriented and results driven and have demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases. You have the ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • You poses excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills and have the competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of Dutch labour law and HR best practices. Knowledge of other countries is a big plus!) The same goes for language; You are a native Dutch and fluent English both oral and in writing. Any other language is a bonus
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field and at least 5+ years of experience in a similar role
